At Mitch's Stump Grinding, LLC we are committed to getting the job done effectively and efficiently. You can count on us to be thorough, professional, timely, and to make sure you’re satisfied every step of the way. Our equipment we use is backyard accessible, if needed for your job. When grinding your stump, the depth grinded below grade will be determined on what your plans are for after. A typical lawn stump is ground a minimum of 4" below the level grade. That might be from the base of the stump or from the base of the root flare. Each stump is different, we will need to see it and know what you are doing after. If you are planning to do concrete work, excavation or replanting of trees it will increase the depth to a complete grind out in most cases. Once we are able to see it, we would be able to give you a more precise quote to make sure your job is completed correctly. Grinding stumps on your property will improve curb appeal, increase property value all while removing any possible hazards, reducing termites, and other infestations.
